Offer Kind of Accepted
Well, our offer has been conditionally accepted. I need to do a couple of things before the contract is ratified so I've got some work to do. Unfortunately, I've been working late this week and haven't had time to pull the things together that I need to take care of. The biggest challenge is that I need to get a pre-approval letter from a bank for a commercial loan. I should have the necessary documentation pulled together and submitted to a Mount Jackson, VA, lender by Monday.
Reduce spam. I've had a few messages and Black Cat has had a lot.

Woodstock isn't a hick town. It is a traditional American city. It has some great people and has a lot to offer. Of course, it isn't like Manhattan. If you've ever lived in Manhattan, you'll remember the people as standoffish, impersonal and usually too involved with themselves to pay attention to others. Of course, there are many exceptions. There are hicks in NY and there are hicks in Virginia. There are rude, nice people, idiots, geniuses, straights, gays, blacks, whites, asians, hispanics in both places.
I think that most people pick a place to live because it makes them feel at home. That is the way that Woodstock feels.
