Culinary Quest

Well, our real estate agent called today and said that another person is very interested in the house. They asked a few questions like what was our electricity usage during the past year and how much oil did we use to heat the house this year, and why is the water heater leaking so much into the sump pump hole? Well, I called the family plumber and found out that I needed to replace the pressure relief valve. I got home, went to my second residence (Home Depot) and purchased a new pressure relieft valve for $8.97 plus tax. I got home and replaced the valve within 10 minutes. No more drip!!! Thanks AC!.
