Home Inspection
The buyers conducted the home inspection today. All went very well. Only two minor issues that need to be resolved. The first is that I need to replace a flexible heating duct that was torn at some distant point in the past. The second is that they would like to have th chimney cleaned before the closing date. I should be able to take care both of these issues with any problems.
Now I can start worrying about getting the restaurant opened. The first steps will include getting the interior of the existing building demolished and getting a new water line installed.

I think that a lot of it has to do with people misunderstanding comments and taking them the wrong way. If you don't say anything then you won't be misunderstood.
Another reason is that we are all very busy. I've been extremely busy with the sale of my house and busy at work. The wife and I both worked both days this past weekend. I had Friday off so I could spend all day doing minor fixes to the house before the inspection on Saturday. The wife has been working every day since Monday last week. Too busy... too tired...
